The MARS Unit of the Joint Research Centre has organised its Workshop GNSS 2011

From 14:00 Monday, 24th October to 13:00 Wednesday, 26th October 2010, in Gavirate (10 km from Ispra) at the SUNSET HOTEL

The aim of this workshop was to have open and constructive exchanges about the practical use Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) devices in the frame of the of the Common Agriculture Policy (control activities, management of the Land Parcel Identification Systems). A field visit has been organised on the first day to have the opportunity to concretely observe and discuss aspects of parcel measurements.
